The
Telemecanique XY2-CH Emergency Stop Rope Pull Switch
is a rugged safety device designed to
trigger machine shutdowns along conveyor and processing lines up to 30 meters (98 feet) in length
.
Body Material:
Zamak (durable zinc alloy) housing with a red (RAL 3000) finish and chloroprene bellows.
Maximum Rope Span:
Up to 30 meters (98 ft) for single-end operation.
Contact Configuration:
Available in 2 Normally Closed (2NC) or 2NC + 1 Normally Open (1NO) slow-break contacts.
Electrical Ratings:
Max AC voltage up to 240V/380V (3A at 240V AC typical); max DC voltage 250V (0.27A at 250V DC). Thermal current rating is 10A.
Ingress Protection:
IP65 dust-tight and water-resistant rating.
Operating Temperature:
-13 °F to 158 °F (-25 °C to +70 °C).
Reset Mechanism:
Booted manual pushbutton reset.
Safety Ratings:
Reaches PL e / Category 4 (EN/ISO 13849-1) and SIL 3 (EN/IEC 61508) when paired with a compatible safety relay
