The Hansentek AN104 Control Panel is a single-zone, low-cost spark detection and extinguishment system designed for single dust collectors in industrial environments like wood processing, food processing, and recycling.
Zone Configuration: Single-zone system (replaces the older AN100 model).
Power & Wiring: Operates on AC power (110–250V / 120–240V) with 24VDC internal wiring; uses 3-wire shielded 18 AWG cable for detectors.
Reaction & Performance: Ultra-fast signal processing with a total system reaction time of roughly 0.288 seconds (or under 85 ms for core processing).
Integrated Functions: Includes automatic detector sensitivity testing, waterflow and pressure monitoring, baghouse heat and water deluge control, air shutdown, and abort damper supervision.
Requirements: Requires water pressure of 50–100 PSI at 19.5 GPM and air velocity between 500 and 10,000 ft/min
