A Siemens Simodrive LT (Line/Load or Power) Module Stack is an assembly of modular industrial drive components from the Siemens Simodrive 611 family, used in CNC machinery and multi-axis automation to control servo and spindle motors.
Core Stack Components
Power Supply Module (I/R or UE): Feeds the DC link bus from the main AC supply.
LT-Modules (INT/EXT): Internal (INT) or external (EXT) power inverter blocks (1-axis or 2-axis) handling currents from 8A up to 160A+.
Control/Closed-Loop Cards: Plug-in processor boards (such as 6SN1118) mounted into the power units to run software/control loops.
Backplane/Bus Bar System: Mechanical and electrical rack structure distributing DC link power and control signals across adjacent modules.
