Border crossing is managed by your customs broker. If you are moving your machine between countries you MUST use a customs broker to enable passage through the border.
A customs broker is not optional for items above $800USD value[a]. If you fail to arrange passage or any documents are missing your items will be turned around and either returned to us, or stored until they can be cleared with your broker.

Customs brokers are private individuals, partnerships, associations or corporations licensed, regulated and empowered to assist importers and exporters in meeting Federal requirements governing imports and exports. Brokers submit necessary information and appropriate payments on behalf of their clients and charge them a fee for this service.[i]

You will be required to provide your personal/business information along with payment details. It is important to have all documents completed and cleared by A&A prior to shipping to avoid delays and additional charges. Once your brokerage is cleared, you must send us your commercial invoice to firstname.lastname@example.org. Yes, our trained staff are able to set up brokerage for any items crossing the border. You must pay the import duty directly to us, which we will clarify in writing, along with any additional administrative fees. Please contact email@example.com for information.
